If your are VIP or have a suite you will check in here with the Concierge and they will make sure you are taken care of and meet your butler. This is inside of the terminal building.
You will be to relax and listen to music once fully checked in before heading to the gangway. This is inside of the Terminal building at the port in Honolulu.
Make sure to get embarkation photos with your family and friends inside of the terminal building before heading to the gangway. You will be able to get your photos once on the ship.
Pride of America Embarkation gangway. This will have you enter at deck 6 mid-ship. Make sure to head to deck 5 and make sure all of your reservations are set correctly if your stateroom is not available yet. Most cabins will not be available until after 1-2pm depending on how staffing is. Luggage can be delivered all the way up until 8p.m.
This is Guest Services and dinner reservations which you will want to do first is the far right of the desk as you face the desk. Deck 5 Mid ship. Shore Excursions is to the Left just out of the photo.
Pride of America Luggage tags for Debarkation. This will be setup down by guest services normally on Thursday by 12pm
This is one of the debarkation luggage tag color instructions you will get on Thursday. (colors and times may be adjusted for your cruise week) You will be delivered luggage tags or you can pick some up from the stand in front of guest services.
Taxi and Rideshare area Honolulu - Pride of America. There will be plenty of taxis ready to take you to the airport or pearl harbor.

You will need to fly to the next port and get on the ship asap the next day. Flights are not too expensive from island to island.
Not right away the ship can take until 7-8pm to deliver all luggage. After that point you may have tried to sneak some drinks on board or a drone so security has your luggage and its easy to get back from guest services.
Head right to the restaurant reservations line next to the guest services line. They book up fast for the prime spots. Then head right to the shore excursions desk if you planned on doing ship tours. Normally rooms are not available for a few hours. You can store your luggage until 3pm in East Meets West close to the shore ex desk.
